Frequently Asked Questions
Where do attendants clock in?
On the valet device at the stand, using the same handheld they use for tickets. There is no separate web clock-in screen for attendants. The portal side is for operators reviewing and exporting hours.
Is the selfie required?
No. Selfie capture is optional. When it is on, each punch stores a photo the operator can review as a thumbnail next to the entry.
Is the time clock on for every location?
No. It is off by default and enabled per location in that location's valet settings, so sites that do not need it are unaffected.
What does the export contain?
The CSV holds one row per timesheet entry rather than an employee summary total, so payroll can group or filter the raw entries however it needs to.
How does this relate to valet ticketing?
It is part of the same valet product and runs on the same paired device, so labour hours and shift activity come from one system instead of two.
